As early as possible — most couples book 9–12 months out for peak season dates (May–October). If your date is sooner, reach out anyway. We'll always be honest about availability.
Pampas Gal is based across Vancouver and Edmonton but available to travel beyond both cities. Whether you're planning a destination wedding or a venue outside the city — reach out and we'll make it work. Travel fees apply and will always be outlined clearly in your proposal before you commit to anything. No surprises.
