How do I care for the pampas grass?

Dried pampas grass requires little-to-no maintenance. Simply place them next to a window and let sit for a week, and naturally the plumes will full expand to full bloom. Spray the plumes after they're in full bloom with a scent-free hairspray to lock in the plumes.

What is your return policy?

All products are final sale. No returns or exchanges.

How long should I expect for my order to arrive?

We will process the order between 1-2 business days for Express Shipping or 2-4 business days for Standard Shipping. Canadian orders can be expected to arrive between 2-10 business days. US orders can be expected to arrive 5-10 business days.

How is my pampas grass packaged?

We do everything we can to ensure your package arrives in one piece! Your bundled order will be sealed in an air-filled plastic bag before placing into a stiff tubular cardboard box, labeled "fragile".

Where do you ship to?

We ship to all of Canada and the US, except Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska. We do not deliver to PO Box addresses. If you are not from Canada or the US, and are interested in purchasing from us, leave us a message so we know to add you to our list of countries to expand to next!

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! We now offer local pick up on Fridays at Brew+Bloom Cafe (10550 115 St NW, Edmonton, AB). Orders will be prepared and packaged to arrive at Brew+Bloom Cafe by 2pm, the same week you ordered. The cut-off time to ensure your order is prepared on the Friday is Thursday 4pm (the day before).
